TENDER NOTICE 招標公告

Our office is entrusted by Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) to conduct open tender for the renovation works of the 5^th Floor of the library (A3). Qualified contractors are welcome to participate in the tender.

我辦受廈門大學馬來西亞分校的委托，圖書館5F改造裝修工程進行公開招標，歡迎符合要求的施工單位參加投標。

1.       Tender Number 招標編號: XMUM25T1003

2.       Tender Project 招標項目: Renovation Works for the 5^th Floor of A3 Library,  圖書館5F改造裝修工程

3.       Qualification Certification Documents (Malaysian enterprises must possess equivalent local qualifications) 資質證明文件（馬來西亞企業(yè)必須具備當?shù)赝荣Y質）:

3.1.    Possess a second-level (or above) qualification certificate for decoration and renovation engineering issued by the national administrative authority (such as the provincial or municipal Construction Committee and Interior Decoration Association) and the decoration and renovation construction qualification issued by the national industrial and commercial administration authority.

For Malaysian companies, the tenderer must hold a CIDB G5 or above certification and be registered under CIDB with the B (Building) or B04 (Renovation) category, qualifying them to undertake renovation works.

持有國家行政主管部門(省市級以上的建委及室內裝飾協(xié)會)簽發(fā)認證的裝飾裝修工程二級（含二級）以上企業(yè)資格證書和國家工商行政管理部門簽發(fā)的裝飾裝修施工資質。

本地施工單位必須在馬來西亞建筑工業(yè)發(fā)展局（CIDB）注冊，等級為G5 或以上，并具有適當?shù)墓ぷ鞔a，如 B（建筑工程）或 B04（室內設計與裝修）。

3.2.    Must be legally registered and possess a valid business license or equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in its country of incorporation.

合格的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。

3.3.    Possess a valid safety production license or an equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in the country of incorporation, with proof of compliance with annual inspection requirements.

年檢合格的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。

3.4.   The project manager and management team members must be officially employed staff of the tenderer’s company, with proof of employment provided through copies of social security contribution payment records (valid for at least one year) and labor contracts. The project manager must hold a Second-Level or higher Construction Engineer qualification and possess an intermediate or higher technical title.

項目經(jīng)理及項目管理班子成員必須是投標人企業(yè)在職正式職工[并提供已有辦理一年以上（含一年）社保證明復印件和勞動合同復印件為準]。項目經(jīng)理應具備二級及其以上建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格（同時具備中級及以上技術職稱）。

4.       Distribution of Invitation to Tender (ITT) 發(fā)放招標文件時間:

(No registration or documents will be accepted or issued outside this period在規(guī)定時間外不再接受報名和發(fā)放招標文件)
Time 時間:      From now until 17^th April, 2025 (working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

即日起至2025年4月17日（工作時間9:00-18:00）

5.       Pre-bid Site Inspection 踏勘現(xiàn)場:

Tenderers can contact the contact person during this period for site inspection.

投標人可在上述時間段內聯(lián)系招標事務聯(lián)系人，由后者帶領至現(xiàn)場踏勘。

6.       Inquiry & Clarification 答疑:

Time 時間:   No on-site Q&A will be organized for this tender. All tenderers should submit written questions via fax/email by 6.00pm on 17^th April, 2025. The tenderer will respond in writing by 6.00pm on 18^th April, 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.

                       本次招標不組織現(xiàn)場答疑，請各投標單位在2025年4月17日18:00前以書面形式傳真/電郵，招標人將在2025年4月18日18:00之前以書面形式回復。逾期不候。

7.       Submission Time and Location for Tender Documents 遞交投標文件時間及地點:
 Time 時間:     Before 9:30am, 25^th April, 2025 (late submissions will be rejected).
